Hey there sun seekers!

So, you tried to rock those shades, but they just weren't the perfect match? No worries, we've got you covered! We offer a 30-day returns policy.

Please inspect your sunglasses thoroughly upon receipt. Any defects in the sunglasses must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, failure to do so may result in a refund/replacement being unable to be processed.

Here's the scoop on returning your order:

For our Buy 1, Get 1 Free sale returns, just drop us a line using the contact form here. (Oh, and heads up, refunds won’t fly if you try to send them back using a different method. We need to made aware of BOGOF returns).

If you are after an exchange, hit us up through the contact form as well!

Now, onto the nitty-gritty:

1.

Round up those sunnies and pop 'em back in their original, colourful Nomad box and pouch. No switching boxes, though - we need that barcode to work its magic for returns! (Failure to include the sunglasses in their original box may result in an inability to process your return). Cases and pouches must still have the barcode label attached in order for a refund/return to be processed.

Include your order number on a piece of paper inside the box. (Failure to include the order numbers means we cannot process your return).

*Please steer clear of using Evri! We’ve noticed some parcels tend to wander off with them. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing with Evri.
