All orders placed before 4pm ship the same day. Free U.K. shipping takes 2-4 days. We offer Next Day Delivery in the U.K.

Australia, USA & Canada shipping takes 5-7 days.

ROW takes between 5-14 days depending on location.

All shipment methods are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We are a proudly British company and all orders are shipped from here.

We offer Next Day Delivery to the UK only. Orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery. Otherwise they will ship the following working day. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday for delivery the next working day (except for Bank Holidays, when the order will be shipped on Tueaday for delivery Wednesday).

Import tax will not be due on any UK orders.

Unfortunately, for International orders, import tax is out of our control and as of now, we have no way of charging and/or paying import tax prior to arriving at the destination country. But....we have had very few reports of anyone having to pay import tax (unless you live in Canada, where they seem to love import tax and duty!!).Unless you are ordering an insane amount of sunglasses, and we don’t blame you, then your total value will probably be below the threshold for tax to be applied. But please note, import and duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Not happy your product for any reason? We understand, sometimes the shades just don’t fit! We offer hassle-free, simple returns for 30 days after delivery. Just drop us an emails at returns@nomadeyewear.com and we’ll get it sorted. All sunglasses have to be shipped back in original packaging (don’t worry about the shipping bag!). The products must be unused and with no signs of wear and tear.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are pleased to offer free shipping in the U.K. If you return your entire order, then the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund. Currently, our shipping cost is £2.99. Your refund will be minus £2.99. (Occasionally we may run special offers and promotions which include Next Day or Saturday delivery. If you use a discount code that uses one of these shipping methods then your refund will be minus these expedited shipping costs, currently £7.50 and £12.50 respectively.)

Currently we only accept returns on the original ordered items. So, if you return your shades for another pair, then decide you would like to return the new sunglasses, we reserve the right to charge a £10 restocking fee. This helps to cover costs of additional postage and time taken with you order.

As a small business, we hope you understand this restocking fee.

Occasionally, we may offer a post purchase discount code. This might be shown to you after you complete your purchase. This isn't guaranteed and only shows to a small percentage of customers. This discount code is only valid in conjunction with the first purchase, if you wish to return your first order, then you will only receive a refund for the 2nd post purchase order. As this 2nd discount would only be displayed with your first purchase.

Yes. But we reserve the right to charge a £10 restocking fee on any items which have previously been exchanged. So, if you purchase a pair if sunglasses and wish to exchange them, no worries at all. But if you then decide to return the new pair, we reserve the right to charge a £10 restocking fee.

As a small business we hope you understand we have to cover certain costs. The £10 restocking fee helps cover additional postage and man-hour costs.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 working days. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped as soon as the return has been checked. Refunds take up to 14 working days to show in your account.

Yes, all of our lenses are polarised to provide the best quality our customers have come to expect.

Yes, our lenses provide 100% UVA/B protection. It's like putting sun lotion on your eyeballs, which we don't suggest as an alternative! Our lenses comply to all industry standard specifications and have a range of 280-400nm. They comply with BS-EN ISO 12312-1:2013 EU specifications so you can rest assured your eyes are fully protected.

VLT stands for Visible Light Transmission. It is a measurement of the amount of light that passes through the lens. It directly indicates how dark a lens will be when viewed through it.

All of our lenses are Catagory 3. The individual VLT can be found on each product page. Below is a guide:

Pink: 14%

Blue: 12.5%

Orange: 17%

Rose Pink: 15%

Champagne: 15%

Green: 13%
